Terms and Conditions

All offers, quotations, orders, assignments, arrangements and/or other agreements as well as all negotiations entered into by us as sellers are subject to Dutch law. The court of Zeeland-West-Brabant, Breda location, has exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes, unless Dutch law prescribes otherwise. Nevertheless, we have the right to submit the dispute to the court in the place of residence of our Customer, even if this is not in the Netherlands.
